Appointments are short and the questions you meant to ask evaporate in the parking lot. Steal these.

Endocrinology appointments have a cruel shape: months of accumulated questions, fifteen minutes to ask them, and a brain that goes blank the moment someone in a white coat says "any questions?"
The fix is boring and effective: write them down beforehand. Here's a starter list, grouped so you can grab what fits. You won't need all of these at one visit. Tick the three that itch the most and bring those.
About lows
About targets and data
About insulin timing
About tech
About daily life
About the relationship itself
One habit that makes every visit better
In the week before an appointment, keep a running note on your phone. Every time diabetes annoys, confuses, or scares you, one line in the note. Walk in with that list and you'll have the most productive fifteen minutes your clinic has hosted all day.
And if a visit ends and something on your list didn't get answered, say so. "Before we wrap up, I had two more" is a complete sentence, and a good care team would rather run three minutes over than have you go home guessing.
Want the list built for you? The appointment prep builder turns what's been going on lately into a printable sheet of questions, grouped and ready for the visit.
