A severe low can make you confused or unconscious, and the person standing over you is probably a stranger. This card tells them what's happening and what to do. Fill it in, print two, and put one where it'll be found: wallet, backpack, gym bag.
Identification and low-treatment basics only. It will never carry doses or medication amounts, because a stranger should never be dosing you off a card.
